Gradiance (pronounced gray-dee-uhns) is inspired by the word "radiance" (warm, cheerful brightness) and is a play on the word "gradient" (the degree of inclination, or the rate of ascent or descent).

Hi, I'm Kassie—a visual storyteller, brand enthusiast, and creative partner for businesses big and small.
I specialize in bridging the worlds of boutique branding and corporate communication. As a freelance designer, I love helping small businesses and mission-driven entrepreneurs bring their vision to life with logos, visual identities, and marketing materials that feel personal, polished, and full of personality. At the same time, I bring a strategic lens to my work with larger organizations—creating engaging, human-centered communications for change initiatives, leadership development, and employee engagement.
