In collaboration with our clients, we take broad and often abstract concepts—like the progression of rewarding vulnerability to build psychological safety—and transform them into clear, highly visual stories that support the speaker’s message. This approach reflects a typical process where their expertise pairs with my design skills, resulting in graphics that both reinforce understanding and create an engaging, memorable experience for the audience.

A group of women leaders at a major technology entertainment company sought to create space for camaraderie, connection, and tools to navigate the challenges of a male-dominated environment. Our team designed presentations and interactive workbooks, including a mindfulness check-in PDF that guided participants through a body scan to identify the sources of exhaustion or energy and support healthier leadership practices.

The Foundations of a Servant Leader program at Foxwood Counseling & Consulting cultivates self-awareness, courage, and authenticity guiding participants to live and lead with integrity and serve others more fully. After first experiencing the course without structured materials, we designed a comprehensive workbook that now gives each cohort a single, thoughtfully crafted place to capture notes, reflections, and personal growth.

Good Grief of Northwest Ohio received a grant to create an educational booklet highlighting how culture and religion can shape the grieving process and the ways communities support one another. In collaboration with illustrator, Lavinia Westfall, we handled creative direction, layout and design, weaving the client’s expertise and research into a thoughtfully crafted mini-magazine that is both engaging and accessible for a community audience.

McDonald Graham is a leadership development and coaching firm founded by two psychologists—Dr. Julie McDonald and Dr. Lisa Graham—dedicated to facilitating the “difficult inner work” that builds more authentic, values-driven leaders.
